Great dental service
Brink Street Dental has been our family dental service for over 16 years. The staff has been great in providing professional service for all dental needs from regular cleanings, restorations, and proper dental care. The Brink Street Dental staff exceed our expectations in dealing with explaining procedures and taking the time to do things with virtually no pain or discomfort.

A Great Family Practice
I'm so glad to have found Brink Street Dental. The staff does a fantastic job of explaining insurance coverages, the hygenists are extremely informative, and Dr. Niles' demeanor makes the experience very enjoyable. All calls and emails are promptly responded to, and the text message reminders help me keep track of my upcoming appointments.

Filling a void
I have been in the process of completing a dental plan initiated by Dr. Niles. It included the removal of a tooth which, because of location, was visible. Sensitive to the nature of the negative aesthetics, Dr. Niles took extra time to hand carve a temporary replacement. His work was nothing short of artistic and was representative of the superior level of talent he obviously possesses. Additionally, he is just a nice guy and I think anyone would feel comfortable in his chair.
I should add that Dr. Niles has an excellent and proficient staff who go out of their way to make sure the patient feels they are in the most capable of hands. Their approach to patients and their friendly and responsive attitudes should be the model for all medical professionals.

Not what you would expect
I have never felt so comfortable at a dentist's office like I do when I visit you guys. You take the time to make sure a patient is comfortable, relaxed and unable to feel any pain while being worked on. Also, there is the thrill of the unexpected. In my last two visits I have never laughed so much while at the dentist. I had Dr. Niles and Mary work on me a few weeks ago and it was like being at a comedy club with two stand-up comics. Do you guys rehearse or is this just spure of the moment? You guys are a hoot.
